Equa Delta app for iPhone and iPad

Equa Delta helps real estate property managers comfortably communicate with their tenants.

Complement or replace paper-based communication:
* Communicate with your tenants with less effort.
* Improve your tenants experience.

Features:
* One-way messaging - Send messages to tenants in all your buildings, in a particular building group, or in a particular building. Optionally set expiration dates for messages.

* Buildings - Add to your account the list of buildings you are managing. For each building, specify its address and its number of habitable units.

* Building groups - Create building groups for easily sending messages to a subset of your tenants. Optionally assign your buildings to one or more building groups.

* Production mode - Publish your buildings to make the Equa service available to your tenants.

* Email-based authentication.

Try before using in production:
1. When you add a building to your account, it is initially in draft mode.

2. To verify the tenant experience before going to production, check into a unit in a building that is in draft mode. To do that, use the Equa Phi app, and use same phone number as in Equa Delta for signing into the app.

3. Publish a building to make all its units available to tenants. You will automatically be checked out from any units in that building.

Sending messages in different formats:
* Web page (recommended format) - Type the page URL. For sending a document, upload it to Google Drive or an equivalent service, then copy and paste your title and the document URL into Equa Delta.

* Plain text - Write your message directly in Equa Delta. Or erite your message in Notes or an equivalent application. Then copy and paste your title and text into Equa Delta.
